Smart Storage, For Smart Students.
1. Services Provided

Dorm To Door offers moving, storage, and delivery services for students. Services include but are not limited to:

  • Packing and transportation of items
  • Short-term and long-term storage
  • Delivery and retrieval of stored items
  • Assistance with on-campus or off-campus moves

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

2. Service Eligibility
  • Must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
  • Must be a currently enrolled student at a recognized educational institution
  • Must be the legal owner of the items being stored or moved
3. Booking and Payment

Customers must schedule services in advance through our website, phone, or email. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made at least [X] days before the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within [X] days of service are subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Customer Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate information about moving and storage needs
  • Ensure items are properly packed unless packing services are requested
  • Be present or have an authorized representative available at pickup and delivery
  • Ensure clear access to pickup and drop-off locations
6. Prohibited Items

The following items CANNOT be stored or transported:

  • Perishable goods, food, and liquids
  • Flammable, explosive, or hazardous materials
  • Illegal substances or stolen property
  • Firearms, weapons, or ammunition
  • Valuable items such as cash, jewelry, or important documents
7. Storage Terms

Items will be stored in a secure facility for the agreed-upon duration. Customers must retrieve stored items within the agreed storage period unless an extension is requested.

8. Liability and Insurance

While we take every precaution to handle items carefully, our liability for loss or damage is limited to a maximum of $500 per order unless additional insurance is purchased.

9. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes must first be addressed through written communication. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration in [Location] in accordance with local laws.
